Así mismo, tiene derecho a que nadie pueda acceder a ellos sin su autorización.” Por tanto, si usted envía a otra persona a solicitar copia de su información médica, la misma debe traer nota de su autorización firmada y adjuntar copia de cédula de ambos, para cumplir con lo establecido en dicha ley.
