Private Rooms
Within your room, you will find specially selected items to make your stay and experience as comfortable as possible. You will have personal grooming products, blankets, additional pillows, a safe, an entertainment center with internet access for you to log into your Netflix account and watch your favorite movies or series, as well as access to applications like YouTube. You will also have direct access to the patient care team, who will provide you with additional needs.
Quality Food
With a chef of international stature and following the order of your treating doctor, we offer you food of the best quality. In addition, we provide you with the menu a day in advance so that you can choose your food in time. We offer you the possibility of requesting food for your companion and/or certified kosher food, both for an additional cost. If your family member wants to heat their food, you can ask the nursing staff and they will be happy to deliver it to you at an appropriate temperature.

Quality Equipment
Since our beginnings, we have been the leading hospital in Panama in patient safety issues, implementation of continuous quality improvement processes, and infection prevention activities. In 2006, we implemented the International Patient Safety Goals and today they are applied in each of our care processes. We also have a department dedicated to improving Quality and Infection Control.
